C&M Drylining is currently progressing well on this large-scale commercial project in Letterkenny, County Donegal, on behalf of CCP Ltd.
Work completed to date includes the installation of 100mm insulation to the mezzanine floor, a resilient bar system, and double-layer 12.5mm Fireline plasterboard to meet the project’s fire performance requirements. We’ve also erected 90mm stud walls featuring double 12.5mm acoustic board to one side, creating high-performance partitions ready for the electrical and plumbing first-fix works.
In addition, several free-standing walls have been constructed using an I-Stud ceiling system, complete with 18mm plywood installed above to provide additional strength and support where required.
